Charlton Trezevant, a Tampa native fueled by a childhood passion for engineering and coding, has teamed up with Robert Bremer to realize his lifelong dream of launching a technology company.

Together, they founded Packfiles, a project management and software platform aimed at streamlining the file migration process for developers. Leveraging their extensive experience in information technology, Bremer as CEO and Trezevant as CTO are driving Packfiles to success.

Their decision to base the startup in Tampa reflects their belief in the region's burgeoning startup ecosystem, fueled by organizations like Embarc Collective and Tampa Bay Wave. With Packfiles, Trezevant and Bremer aim not only to build a cutting-edge product but also to contribute to Tampa Bay's rise as a tech hub.

Among them are six startups from the Tampa Bay Wave program, selected to participate in the startup showcase and pitch competition. These startups, spanning diverse sectors from analytics to organ transport, represent the innovation thriving in the Tampa Bay area.

For companies like Spontivly and Fluix AI, participation in the accelerator program has been instrumental in their growth, attracting investments and expanding their statewide recognition. With the chance to win $500,000 in investments and prizes, these startups are poised to make a significant impact on the tech landscape.

In the latest installment of Inno Madness, Round 3 witnessed intense competition, with startups battling fiercely to secure their spots in Round 4.

Notable victories included Reptrics triumphing over Chattr and Hook Security narrowly edging out ArchSlate by a mere 1%. The Natural Nipple also secured a significant win over Grifin.

As Round 4 unfolds, anticipation builds as the remaining contenders vie for the championship title. Stay tuned for the final outcome, set to be announced on May 1st after the conclusive round of voting concludes on April 29th.
